CDM was founded by Chris Mancini, whose passion for excavation began early. After graduating high school in 2015, Chris started his career as a heavy equipment operator, laying the groundwork for what would become CDM. His entrepreneurial drive was inspired by his grandmother, Adele, while his grandfathers, Mario and Cristino—both skilled operators—instilled in him a deep respect for machinery and craftsmanship.
